Day 2 Matosinhos to Labruge

Another delay to start the day. Matasinhos was brought to a standstill as the bridge lifted to let a container ship go to sea. Great fun for us watching, not so much for those people commuting to work.

Todays route. Mainly along the coast. 11 miles. We then caught the Metro back to our hotel in Porto. 

A lot of the route today was along board walks. These meant we avoided walking on roads, but also stopped the dunes from being damaged.  This was a typical section.

Our final stop for the day was Taskuinha. A pirate themed bar with a very amusing owner
