We had an earlier start today and it was a little bit overcast to begin with. It was also the first day when we really started to meet lots of other pilgrims.
Todays route.
Todays Route. Back to some board walking, but we also came inland and walked through some pine forest. 12 miles today and we ended up at another large conference hotel.
This was a great rest stop and popular as it came at the end of long section of board walk. They also had a nice stamp for our Credencial (Pilgrims Passport)
We have now started to meet and talk to lots of other pilgrims. 2 friends from Germany, a young lady from Denmark, a mum and daughter from Seattle. This was Deborah from Nashville who some of our group had met the day before. It was nice to have a chat with her.
Board walks and windmills were definitely a thing today
Our evening stop was in Ofir which is a great surfing spot. Marcus and I finally felt it was safe to have a swim. The temperature is best described as refreshing.
